Your email and name; the shop details you publish (name, address, phone, website, hours, services, logo); the customers who book with you and their appointments — name, phone, email, where they are coming from, and any note they leave; support tickets; and technical logs needed to run the service.
To run your booking page and your account, to send the emails you trigger (a login code to you, a confirmation to a customer who books), to bill you, and to answer support. We do not sell data and we do not advertise.
You are the controller of your customers' details; we process them only to provide the service to you. We never contact your customers on our own, and we never show one business's customers to another.
Your account and everything in it is stored in the United States — Amazon Web Services, Northern Virginia — through our hosting providers Vercel and Supabase. Encrypted backups are held separately with Backblaze. If you are in India, your data leaves India; by using the service you consent to that.
Export or delete your data any time by writing to scheduleitz@grandfieldmedia.com. A customer of yours who wants their details removed should ask you; if they ask us, we will pass it to you. Data of a closed account is deleted 90 days after closure.
