Scheduleitz (scheduleitz.com) is a web application by Grandfield Media Private Limited (“we”) that lets a business (“you”) publish a booking page at a subdomain of scheduleitz.com, take appointments from its customers, and keep a record of those customers and their visits.
You sign in with your email and a one-time code. You are responsible for what happens in your shop's account and for the accuracy of the details you publish on your booking page. An account belongs to one business.
Your customers do not need an account and never pay us. They book through your public booking page; you are responsible for honouring the appointments you accept and for how you contact the people who book with you.
Your booking address (yourshop.scheduleitz.com) is yours while your account is active. Addresses must not impersonate another business or contain offensive words; we may reclaim an address that does.
There is one plan, billed monthly in advance through Razorpay, renewing automatically until cancelled. The price is ₹999$19 a month; your billing currency is fixed at signup by your country. See the refund and cancellation policies.
Use Scheduleitz for your own lawful business. Do not use it to collect personal details you have no right to collect, to message people who have not booked with you, or to attempt to access another account.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for missed appointments, no-shows, or loss of business.
You may stop at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Your data stays readable for 90 days after you stop, then is deleted.
