Plain and short. There is one plan, so a month of it is the only thing there is to refund.

The plan is billed monthly in advance. If you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for and you are not charged again. We do not refund the unused part of a month you chose to leave early.
We refund the whole charge where we billed you in error, charged you twice, kept charging after you cancelled, or the service was unusable for a material part of a paid month through our fault. Write to scheduleitz@grandfieldmedia.com with the charge date.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, in the currency you were charged in — rupees if you are in India, US dollars if you are not. We start it within two working days of agreeing it; your bank or card issuer usually shows it within 5–10 working days.
Write to us and say why. A person reads it. If we got it wrong we will say so and fix it.
